Roberto Cambara is a construction project manager who listens carefully to the ideas of the client and brings it to life with passion and creativity.

Before starting a business, Roberto was a leader in the hospitality industry managing projects, renovations, and day to day operations of high rise, upscale boutique hotels. He worked closely with inspectional services and fire departments to ensure his buildings and projects were always up to code and met all the safety requirements.

After a successful career maintaining the integrity and safety of hotels in Boston, Roberto now leads a team in constructing and renovating commercial buildings and residential homes in a fast paced, safe environment.

Roberto enjoys escaping with his family to the outdoors and riding snowmobiles and ATV’s with friends.Roberto is available for advising, planning, and contracting on construction renovations and new developments.

Krista Cambara

Krista is a business manager with Voluminous Properties who is the first point of contact and provides support in getting started on the remodeling or new build process.

Before starting the business with Roberto, Krista worked several years in the hospitality industry within hotels and restaurants. She also has been developing her career as a real estate broker since 2013.

While learning the in’s and out’s of real estate, Krista learned about construction, design tactics and styles of different buildings. Krista has also been able to carry over skills learned in the hotel and restaurant industry, such as patience and resourcefulness, into home building and remodeling. She is always honest and works hard to consult with the team to bring a homeowner’s vision to life.

Krista works as a connector in the local community by volunteering with local Chamber of Commerce’s in Exeter, women’s networking groups, and attending local events to stay educated on community wide changes and trends. We are members of the Salem Contractors Association.
